SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Barbara Pomeroy has been teaching in the Department of Physical Education since 1975. She is presently the Coordinator of the Physical Education Major Program. During her tenure at Gallaudet University she has been Chair of the Professional Education Programs Faculty Governance, Woman's Athletic Director, and the Swim Team Coach. She has recently been involved in designing and setting up an Orienteering course on the beautiful Gallaudet campus. You can ask her to borrow a copy of the map and a compass and then try it yourself.
