Students in the Department of Education have extensive opportunities for learning "beyond the classroom." All students participate in practicum and student teaching. The Department of Education has a special program, called Project Achieve, for working professional's in schools and programs for deaf and hard of hearing children that provides tuition and grant assistant to qualified applicants. The Department of Education also offers many international experiences for students through the Partners in Education (PIE) project. ; |  |
